1. Scope of Application These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses via the Kardamov Studio website (kardamov.com). We are registered in Germany with our registered office at Kottbusser Damm 75, 10967 Berlin, Germany. Our VAT number is DE288175703. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Conclusion of Contract The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the checkout button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email. For payment methods such as PayPal, Sofort, or Credit Card, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction. We do not save the complete text of the contract. The order data and these Terms & Conditions will be sent to you via email upon the conclusion of the contract.

3. Product Characteristics and Natural Materials We craft our items using natural materials such as reinforced concrete and solid oak. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in texture, color, and surface finish are inherent and expected. These natural variations do not constitute a defect.

4. Prices and Payment All prices indicated on our website are in Euros (EUR) and include the statutory German value-added tax (VAT). We offer the following payment methods:

• PayPal

• Sofort

• Prepayment by Bank Transfer

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason. Please refer to our separate Payment, Shipping & Returns page for the complete return policy, conditions, and instructions. Note: Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

6. Statutory Warranty Rights (Gewährleistung) The statutory warranty rights governed by German law apply to all purchases. If a product you receive is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@kardamov.com with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability We are fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is necessary for the proper execution of the contract. In such cases, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. The above limitations do not apply to injury to life, body, or health.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property All designs, images, texts, and content on kardamov.com are the intellectual property of Kardamov Studio. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without our explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions German law applies to all contracts between us and the customer, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If the customer is a consumer, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of the consumer's usual residence is not withdrawn. If the customer is a merchant under German law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
