Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping via our trusted partners: DHL, DPD, and UPS. All displayed shipping costs are inclusive of VAT.

  • Domestic Deliveries (Germany): We provide free standard shipping on all orders within Germany. The estimated delivery time is 4–15 days.

  • International Deliveries: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the package. The estimated delivery time is 15–31 days after the conclusion of the contract (or upon receipt of payment for advance bank transfers).

  • Express Shipping: Expedited shipping is available at any time upon request. The additional costs are covered by the buyer. Please contact us prior to ordering to arrange this.

  • Consolidated Shipments: If your order contains items with varying delivery times, we will ship everything together in a single package. The delivery time will be based on the item with the longest lead time, unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Local Studio Pickup: You are welcome to collect your order in person free of charge. We will notify you via email as soon as your items are ready for collection.

Note: Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kardamov Studio pieces. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Conditions for Returns: You have the right to inspect the goods exactly as you would in a retail store. However, if the item has been used beyond this necessary inspection, causing a loss in value, we reserve the right to deduct compensation from your refund. Because our items are crafted from heavy and delicate materials, we strongly urge you to return them securely wrapped in the original packaging to prevent transport damage. Custom-made or personalized furniture pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Return Shipping: We do not provide free return shipping labels. The cost of returning the package is the responsibility of the customer. Because our items are crafted from heavy and delicate materials like concrete and solid oak, please ensure they are securely wrapped for transport. We highly recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches our studio.

  • How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at info@kardamov.com with your order number to start the process. Once you have notified us, you can send the well-packaged items to:

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during checkout.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the final goods.
